New Online Payment Option for Annual Permit Invoices

As our annual permit invoicing reminder letters have just been mailed out, we wanted to share information on a new payment option that permit holders will have to pay this year's Berkeley County Health Department and/or Morgan County Health Department invoices.


Payment options are as follows:

  • Check or money order: Through the mail or in our office, along with the option to pay cash. Checks and money orders must be made payable to Berkeley-Morgan County Board of Health.

  • Credit card: In the office with applicable fees or through our new online payment option available by using the QR code below or by visiting https://hdpm.berkeleywv.org.





Notes:

  • A convenience fee of $1.00 + 2.2% of amount will be added for online credit card payments.

  • Site verbiage currently reflects Berkeley County Health Department however Morgan Health Department online invoice payments are also to be made through this site.
