The mission of the Berkeley-Morgan County Health Departments is to provide approved Clinical and Environmental services required by the state of West Virginia in order to protect the health of the general public.  We also plan and mobilize appropriate actions with the community in order to act during a disaster or epidemic and to help provide solutions for a healthier Berkeley & Morgan County.
